2027 Retreats for Women: Breathwork, Somatics, Voice & Connection

Three opportunities to notice, breathe, connect, and begin again.

I'm so excited to share what's coming to Breathe Again Wellness in 2027!

After finishing our September Rooted & Rising retreat, I've been reflecting on the women who've gathered with me this year and the experiences we've shared.

The connections. The laughter. The tears. The moments when a woman recognizes what she needs, finds the courage to use her voice, or allows herself to be supported for a change.

And the moments when we realize we aren't the only ones navigating the challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that life brings.

Those experiences continue to inspire the retreats I create.

In 2027, I'll be offering three retreats for women, including two retreats in Olympia, Washington, and something brand new: an intimate, overnight retreat on the Washington coast!

Each retreat will offer its own experience, bringing together conscious connected breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system exploration, voice, and meaningful connection with other women.

Here's what's coming!

Radiant & Restored

A Two-Day Women's Retreat | Olympia, Washington

We'll begin our 2027 retreat season with Radiant & Restored.

For so many women, everyday life involves a constant stream of responsibilities.

Work. Family. Relationships. Caring for others. Making decisions. Keeping everything moving.

And sometimes, somewhere in the middle of all that, we lose touch with what we need.

When was the last time you spent an entire day without being responsible for someone else's schedule, needs, or expectations?

Radiant & Restored offers an opportunity to step away from your everyday routine and spend two days reconnecting with yourself.

Throughout the retreat, we'll explore conscious connected breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system education, movement, reflection, and women's circle.

We'll practice noticing what's happening within our bodies, becoming curious about how we respond to stress and overwhelm, and creating space for whatever we discover.

There will also be opportunities to connect with other women, share experiences, and simply enjoy being together.

You don't need to have experience with breathwork or somatic practices to attend.

And you don't need to arrive feeling calm, confident, or ready to share your story.

Come exactly as you are. Get you ticket here.

To the Sea to Breathe

A Women's Retreat for Midlife & Beyond
Washington Coast | Four Nights • Three Full Retreat Days

This is something I've been looking forward to creating for a while, and I'm especially excited to finally begin sharing it!

Next July, we'll gather on the beautiful Washington coast for an intimate, women-only overnight retreat.

To the Sea to Breathe is being created especially for women in midlife and beyond.

Women who have spent years caring for others, navigating responsibilities, moving through life transitions, and perhaps beginning to ask themselves some different questions.

What do I want at this stage of my life?

What do I need?

Where have I been holding myself back?

What would it feel like to give myself permission to choose something different?

And perhaps...

When was the last time I gave myself several days simply to be?

Four nights together by the sea

Our retreat begins on Wednesday evening, July 14, when we'll arrive, settle into our accommodations, and gather for our opening women's circle.

We'll then have three full retreat days together on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Three days to breathe.

To move.

To notice what's happening in our bodies.

To explore our needs, our boundaries, and our voices.

To connect with other women.

And to enjoy having time away from our usual responsibilities.

On Sunday morning, July 18, we'll share breakfast together before saying goodbye and heading home.

What I especially love about this longer retreat format is that we don't have to pack everything into one day.

There's time to arrive and settle in.

Time for the practices and experiences.

Time for rest, shared meals, and conversations.

And time to simply enjoy being by the sea.

Breathwork, somatics, and finding our voices

One of the things I'm especially excited to bring into my retreats in 2027 is more somatic vocalization work.

So many women have spent years learning to quiet their voices.

We say yes when we mean no.

We tell someone we're fine when we're not.

We hold back what we want to say because we don't want to disappoint someone, create conflict, or take up too much space.

And sometimes we've been doing that for so long that we're not even sure what we want to express anymore.

At To the Sea to Breathe, we'll explore healthy somatic practices that invite us to become more aware of our bodies and how we express ourselves.

We'll work with conscious connected breathwork, nervous system awareness, somatic movement, sound, and voice.

Vocal expression might look like a breath, a sigh, humming, a word, or something fuller.

There is no expectation to be loud, to share personal experiences, or to participate in any particular way.

Everything begins with choice.

We'll be exploring what it feels like to root into our bodies, recognize what we need, and give ourselves permission to express what's true for us.

Connection and community

Another part of this experience I'm really looking forward to is simply having more time together.

There's something different about gathering with women over several days.

Sharing meals.

Getting to know one another.

Enjoying laughter and conversations.

Having quiet moments when we need them.

And being part of a community where we can show up as ourselves.

We'll have a balance of facilitated experiences and opportunities for rest, connection, and integration.

I want this retreat to feel meaningful without feeling rushed.

To the Sea to Breathe will be a small, intimate gathering with limited overnight accommodations.

I'll be sharing more about the retreat property, room options, pricing, and registration details soon.

If this experience sounds like something you'd love, I'd encourage you to get in touch early so I can share more information as it becomes available. Email me for more details.

Rooted & Rising

A Two-Day Women's Retreat | Olympia, Washington

Rooted & Rising is coming back in October, and this time we'll have TWO days together!

This retreat focuses on something many women know well: becoming so practiced at responding to everyone else's needs that we sometimes lose touch with our own.

Maybe you're tired, but you keep going.

You want to say no, but you hear yourself say yes.

You feel something isn't right, but you talk yourself out of it.

You want to speak up, but the words never quite make it out.

And sometimes you don't even realize how often you're overriding yourself.

At Rooted & Rising, we'll explore what it feels like to come back into our bodies and begin listening.

Through conscious connected breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system education, movement, vocal expression, and women's circle, we'll explore questions such as:

What do I want?

What do I need?

What do I choose?

We'll also experiment with using our voices, both individually and together.

Sometimes that may involve words.

Sometimes sound.

Sometimes simply noticing what happens in our bodies when we allow ourselves to be heard.

It's not about forcing ourselves to become someone different.

It's about exploring how we can stay more connected to ourselves as we move through our lives.

After our September 2026 Rooted & Rising retreat, I'm especially looking forward to expanding this experience into two days.

Which 2027 retreat is right for you?

Each of these retreats offers a different experience.

Radiant & Restored — March 20–21

An opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, explore breathwork and somatics, and spend two days in the company of other women.

To the Sea to Breathe — July 14–18

An intimate overnight retreat designed especially for women in midlife and beyond, with four nights on the Washington coast and three full days of breathwork, somatic exploration, voice work, community, and rest.

Rooted & Rising — October 23–24

Two days focused on body awareness, boundaries, choice, self-expression, and finding and using your voice.

Whichever experience draws your interest, you'll be invited to explore at your own pace.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You don't have to know exactly what you need.

And you don't have to arrive already feeling grounded.

Maybe you're simply ready to give yourself some time and space to listen again.
