What if you didn't have to keep pushing through?

So many women become very good at carrying a lot.

Work. Family. Relationships. Caregiving. Health changes. Decisions. Other people's needs.

You can be capable, strong, and deeply grateful for your life and still feel tired from being the one who keeps going.

Radiant & Restored is a two-day retreat for women who are ready to step away from the constant doing and spend a weekend reconnecting with themselves.

Not to fix yourself.

Not to become a better version of yourself.

Not to force a breakthrough.

But to slow down enough to notice what your body has been telling you, breathe, reconnect, and create space for something different.

Notice. Breathe. Begin again.

A Weekend to Come Back to Yourself

Spring naturally invites us to notice what is beginning again.

But before we rush toward what's next, there can be something powerful about pausing long enough to ask:

How am I, really?

What does my body need?

What am I ready to put down?

What do I want more of in my life?

Radiant & Restored gives you time and space to explore those questions through your body, your breath, reflection, and connection with other women.

You don't need to arrive calm, rested, or clear.

You simply get to arrive as you are.

What We'll Explore Together

Over two days, we'll weave together nervous system education, somatic practices, breathwork, reflection, expression, and connection.

Nervous System Education & Practical Tools

You'll learn more about how your nervous system responds to stress and experience simple, practical ways to support regulation, grounding, and greater awareness in everyday life.

This isn't just information to understand with your mind. We'll practice it together so you can begin to recognize what regulation and support actually feel like in your own body.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

You'll be guided through a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey with plenty of preparation, choice, and time for integration.

There is no goal for what your breathwork experience needs to look like. Some women experience emotion, insight, energy, or release. Others experience quiet, rest, connection, or simply greater awareness of themselves.

There is no right way to experience your breath.

Gentle Somatic Movement & Body Awareness

We'll use movement and body-based practices to notice sensation, explore tension and ease, and reconnect with the body's cues.

Nothing is about performing a movement correctly. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and adapt, pause, sit, rest, or choose not to participate.

Voice, Sound & Expression

Through body-based practices, we'll explore breath, sound, and authentic self-expression in ways that invite confidence, connection, and a deeper awareness of your own voice.

Your expression might be quiet. It might be powerful. It might surprise you.

Every practice is invitational, and you choose how fully you want to participate.

Women's Circle & Being Witnessed

There is something different about sitting in a circle of women where no one needs to fix you, advise you, or compare her experience to yours.

There will be opportunities to share, listen, reflect, and simply be witnessed.

You never have to share more than you want to.

Connection With Other Women

Some of the most meaningful moments at these retreats happen between the planned activities.

A conversation. A laugh. Sitting beside another woman and realizing you're not the only one. Being partnered with someone you didn't know that morning and discovering how quickly genuine connection can happen.

We'll intentionally create opportunities for partner and small-group connection throughout the weekend.

Reflection & Integration

You'll have time to journal, reflect, and notice what is shifting or becoming clearer.

Rather than rushing from one experience to the next, we'll make room to integrate what you're noticing and consider what you want to carry home with you.

Who This Retreat Is For

Radiant & Restored is for women who have been carrying a lot and are ready for some space of their own.

You may recognize yourself if you:

• Spend much of your life taking care of other people
• Feel capable on the outside but tired or overwhelmed underneath
• Have been moving so quickly that you've lost touch with what you need
• Are navigating midlife, caregiving, grief, health changes, relationship changes, career pressure, or another transition
• Want practical ways to better understand and support your nervous system
• Miss feeling connected to yourself
• Want deeper, more authentic connection with other women
• Are curious about breathwork or somatic practices
• Simply know that you need a pause

You do not need prior experience with breathwork, somatic practices, women's circles, or retreats.

Many women come alone.

You won't be the only one.

Everything Begins With Choice

One of the foundations of my retreats is simple:

Listening to your body is never doing it wrong.

Everything we do is offered as an invitation.

You can participate fully. Modify something. Sit in a chair. Lie down. Keep your eyes open. Step outside. Pass on sharing. Rest.

You don't need to push past your body's signals to get something meaningful from this weekend.

There is no prize for going the deepest.

There is no "right" retreat experience to have.

Your body gets a voice here.

What the Weekend Looks Like

Saturday
10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Saturday gives us time to arrive, connect, learn, and move more deeply into the experience.

We'll explore nervous system education, somatic and embodied practices, connection with other women, reflection, and Conscious Connected Breathwork.

There will be movement and stillness.

Depth and laughter.

Individual reflection and shared experience.

And time to notice what happens when you don't have to rush to the next thing.

Sunday
9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Sunday has a different rhythm.

We'll return to the circle with time to notice what has shifted overnight and continue exploring through connection, embodied practices, reflection, and integration.

The intention isn't to pack more into the morning.

It's to give what began on Saturday somewhere to land.

You'll leave with practices, reflections, and experiences you can carry into your everyday life.

What Women Have Experienced Here

Sometimes it’s hard to understand what a retreat like this will feel like until you’re actually in the room.

At our Radiant & Restored retreat in July 2026, women came with different stories, different comfort levels, and different reasons for being there.

One woman shared that an embodied voice practice took her so far outside her comfort zone that she could barely see where her comfort zone ended.

And then she said:

“I felt vulnerable and powerful at the same time.”

Another woman arrived needing some additional sensory support because of ongoing health challenges. Afterward, she shared how meaningful it was to feel supported without feeling singled out:

“Never once did I feel singled out, yet I felt so ‘singled out’….included….in a way that only I knew things were being done to accommodate me. It was seamless, but to me, it was the world.”

And sometimes what women remember most isn't one particular exercise.

It's what happens when a room full of women begins to feel comfortable enough to be themselves.

The conversations.
The laughter.
The unexpected connections.
The woman you didn't know that morning who somehow feels familiar by the end of the day.

There can be tears here.

There can also be a whole lot of laughter.

There can be quiet, reflection, movement, breath, sound, silliness, vulnerability, and moments when you surprise yourself.

You don't have to know which of those you'll experience.

You get to come as you are and discover what the weekend becomes for you.

The Setting

Radiant & Restored will be held in Olympia, Washington, in a space intentionally chosen for gathering, movement, breathwork, conversation, and rest.

For two days, we create a space away from the normal demands of everyday life.

A place where you don't have to take care of anyone else.

A place where you can laugh loudly, sit quietly, breathe deeply, say yes, say no, participate, rest, connect, and listen to yourself.

A place to simply be a woman among other women.

About Your Facilitator

Karen Warwick is the founder of Breathe Again Wellness in Olympia, Washington.

Karen is an internationally certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, somatic coach,
women's circle facilitator, and corporate wellness facilitator with more than 2,000 hours of training
in breathwork, trauma-responsive facilitation, somatic coaching, and women's circle work.

Her approach is grounded in the nervous system, the body, breath, and choice.

Karen's retreats aren't built around forcing emotional release or creating a dramatic breakthrough.

Instead, she creates experiences where women are invited to become curious about themselves, listen to their bodies, explore what they need, and discover what becomes possible when they feel supported enough to do that.

Above all, Karen believes: Everything we do in our healing begins with choice.

Reflections From Past Retreat Participants

Women who attend Breathe Again Wellness retreats often describe the experience as something they didn't realize they needed until they were in the room.

“What resonated with me the most was being in the right place, at the right moment, and feeling safe enough to let go of the pain, anger, rejection I have been holding onto for so long. Thank you for guiding me through this journey.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the retreat. All I can say is WOW!”

“Her knowledge, patience, and empathy were outstanding. She explained everything clearly and kept the event flowing smoothly. I really appreciated how she encouraged participants to engage with the experience and with each other while maintaining clear boundaries…. everyone felt safe to explore. Highly recommend!”

“Karen led our group in a safe, respectful and easy to understand way. Her guided breath work promoted healing and deeper self-examination of my body, mind and spiritual journey. What a gem of a program to stumble upon!”

Every woman's experience is her own.

You don't need to arrive expecting a breakthrough.

You just need to be willing to notice what is there.

A Weekend for You

You spend a lot of your life showing up.

For your family.
Your work.
Your relationships.
Your responsibilities.
The people you love.

For one weekend, you get to show up for yourself.

Not because you need to become someone different.

But because underneath all the doing, giving, adapting, and carrying, you are still there.

Maybe spring doesn't have to begin with doing more.

Maybe it can begin by coming back to yourself.

Notice. Breathe. Begin again.
