Rooted and Rising 2026
A One-Day
Nervous System
Retreat for Women

Breathwork, Somatic, and Nervous System Reset for Women
Saturday, September 19, 2026
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Olympia, WA

As summer begins to fade and life becomes busy again, many women feel themselves slipping back into old patterns.

Doing.
Giving.
Holding everything together.
Pushing through.

Eventually, your body starts asking for something different.

Not because you're broken.

Because you've been carrying a lot.

Rooted & Rising is a one-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and build the kind of nervous system capacity that allows you to move through life's challenges with greater steadiness, clarity, and resilience.

This isn't about escaping your life.

It's about returning to it feeling more grounded within yourself.

You may recognize yourself here.

Perhaps you've been feeling:

  • Constantly "on," even when you're supposed to be resting

  • Emotionally stretched by work, caregiving, relationships, or life transitions

  • Disconnected from your body and unsure what you actually need

  • Pulled in so many directions that you've forgotten what it feels like to simply be

  • Ready for a pause that leaves you feeling stronger, not just temporarily relaxed

You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive.

You simply need to come exactly as you are.

What You'll Experience

Throughout the day, we'll gently combine education, movement, breath, reflection, and connection to support your nervous system in feeling more settled, more spacious, and more resilient.

Together we'll explore:

Gentle Somatic Movement

Simple body-based practices that help release accumulated tension, reconnect you with your body, and create a greater sense of grounding.

Nervous System Education

Learn why your body responds the way it does under stress and leave with practical tools you can use long after the retreat ends.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

Experience a guided breathwork journey designed to help release stress, increase self-awareness, and reconnect with your body's natural capacity for regulation.

Women's Circle

A welcoming space where every woman is invited to share, but never required to. You'll experience genuine connection without fixing, comparing, or performing.

Reflection & Integration

Journaling, quiet reflection, and intentional practices help you integrate what you've experienced so you leave with more than inspiration, you leave with something you can carry into everyday life.

Voice, Sound & Expression

Through gentle, body-based practices, you'll explore breath, sound, and authentic self-expression in ways that support confidence, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with yourself. Some practices may include optional vocal expression, from a quiet whisper to a strong, empowered voice, always at a pace that feels right for you.

This Retreat Is For You If You Want To...

  • Feel more grounded instead of constantly overwhelmed.

  • Build resilience instead of simply pushing through.

  • Learn practical nervous system tools you can use every day.

  • Reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

  • Experience authentic connection with other women.

  • Step into fall feeling rooted rather than depleted.

No experience with breathwork or somatic practices is necessary.

Everything is offered as an invitation, and you'll always be encouraged to listen to your own body.

An Invitation Into Fall

Nature doesn't rush into autumn.

It lets go slowly.

It roots deeply.

It trusts the changing season.

What if you could do the same?

Rooted & Rising is an opportunity to pause before the busy months ahead, to reconnect with yourself, strengthen your nervous system, and remember that steadiness doesn't come from doing more.

It grows from feeling supported within yourself.

Come spend a day breathing, learning, reflecting, and reconnecting with a community of women who are choosing to meet this season differently.

Build the roots that help you rise.
