is an invitation to pause.

Not to fix.
Not to push.
Not to figure everything out.

Radiant & Restored is a two-day, gently held experience for women who have been giving, managing, leading, and holding a great deal, and are ready to replenish their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and restore what has quietly been depleted.

What You’ll Experience

  • Breathwork and nervous system practices to release stress + anchor presence

  • Somatic healing and gentle movement to restore your body’s balance

  • Sacred women’s circle sharing where your voice is honored and supported

  • Reflective journaling and guided inquiry to clarify your deepest intentions for the second half of 2026

  • Seasonal ritual of renewal to let go of old patterns and align with what lights you up

Why a Mid-Year Retreat

By July, many women are tired in ways they haven’t fully named.

You may still be functioning well on the outside by showing up, handling responsibilities, caring for others, and yet still feeling internally worn down, disconnected, or running on reserve.

This retreat offers space to:

  • Step out of constant output

  • Let your nervous system soften and settle

  • Reconnect with what feels nourishing and true

  • Restore energy without urgency or pressure

This is not about growth or transformation.
It’s about restoration, presence, and remembering yourself.

Women who attend Breathe Again Wellness retreats often share that the experience offers something rare: space to slow down, reconnect, and feel genuinely supported.

Participants have described the retreats as:

“What resonated with me the most was being in the right place, at the right moment, and feeling safe enough to let go of the pain, anger, rejection I have been holding onto for so long. Thank you for guiding me through this journey.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the retreat. All I can say is WOW!”

“Her knowledge, patience, and empathy were outstanding. She explained everything clearly and kept the event flowing smoothly. I really appreciated how she encouraged participants to engage with the experience and with each other while maintaining clear boundaries—everyone felt safe to explore. Highly recommend!”

“Karen led our group in a safe, respectful and easy to understand way. Her guided breath work promoted healing and deeper self-examination of my body, mind and spiritual journey. What a gem of a program to stumble upon!”

Each retreat is unique, but the intention remains the same: to create a space where women can reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, supportive, and real.
